No team will play before paying the full registration fee. Nenhum time poderá jogar sem que a taxa de inscrição esteja paga. Ningún equipo jugará ante que la taja de inscripción este pagada.
GAME TIME - TEMPO DE JOGO

· No players are allowed to change their shirt numbers during the tournament without the permission of tournament organizer. Refunds/Cancellation
No Refundsor Cancellations allowed. Teams that drop will forfeit their entire entry fee.
Start of PlayCoaches shall ensure that all players are on scene a minimum of thirty (30) minutes before a scheduled match. A team which cannot field three (5) players at the scheduled start time shall forfeit the match. The team forfeiting shall be declared the loser by a score of 1 goals to none.
Tournament Standings
Bracket standings to determine quarter-finalist/semi-finalists/finalists will be based on the following: WIN - 3 PTS, TIE - 1 PT, LOSS - 0 PTSTotal points ties will be resolved by the following tie-breakers, in order:· 1- Head to Head of two teams tied where applicable (disregard if more than two teams tied)·
2- Team with the highest (positive) goal differential·
3- Team with the least goals allowed
4- Team with the Most Goals Scored.
5- Team with the least cards received. (Red first, Blue and yellow)Kicks from the penalty mark Shootout. (5 each team) First round to consist of any five players from each team. After the 5 kicks, distance from penalty mark to goal will be increased after every tie.
· Ties in preliminary games will remain a tie. For quarter-final, semi-final and final matches, ties will be resolved on penalty kicks. No jewelry of any kind shall be worn on the field of play. No tape over earrings. General "rule of thumb" is No Rings, No Watches, No Bracelets, No Necklaces, No Friendship Bracelets (string, plastic or rope type bracelets), No Earrings, No Body Piercing, and No HARD Hair Holders.
. In the event of similar team colors, tournament organizers will provide color vests.13. INCLEMENT WEATHER
Games will not be played in inclement weather if there is a possibility of injury to players or damage to the playing surface. Thus,
in the event of inclement weather or adverse conditions, not limited to weather, the Tournament Director has the authority to:
1. Reschedule any game
2. If tournament must be suspended due to inclement weather, will continued on the following Sunday September 12th.
TOURNAMENT FORMATPRELIMINAR FASE
1- Total of 28 teams will be divided in 7 groups of 4 teams. (A,B,C,D,E,F.G)
2- Teams will play every team inside of its group (one time)
3- Advance to the GOLD CUP all FIRST and SECOND places teams of each group plus the TWO BEST THIRD PLACE team of ALL groups. Totaling 16 teams that will advance to the playoffs.
- All the 12 teams that do not make the Gold Cup Playoffs will play the SILVER CUP PLAYOFFS.-
